BPW Central Hawkes Bay presents a fun-filled afternoon with speakers, exhibitors and demonstrations. Talking about all aspects of Wellness and how it impacts you through the food that you eat, your lifestyle and exercise habits, your mental wellbeing and how you socialise.
Opportunities to participate, ask questions and discuss or just sit back and watch. You will have the choice of a glass of bubbles or non-alcoholic equivalent on arrival, nibbles will be available plus tea and coffee.
Exhibitors and presenters will include: Pilates, Fitness, Healthy Eating, Massage, Self-Care, Beauty, Weight Management, Education (EIT), Kai Oranga (kaupae tuawhā), Food security, Women's Health and local health and support services.
Doors open from 12.30pm, event officially kicks off at 1.30pm with our mayor, Alex Walker. Get your ticket now, and bring your friends and family, it is going to be a great day out.
