WINTER WARMERS are back!

Every year during winter we have a special series of classes taught by all of our teachers when Birgit takes part in Intensive Teacher Training Programme and the Summer Festival in England.

This year in Palmerston North and Whanganui they will be teaching their favourite topics.
Selecting an aspect of Buddha's teachings that they have found especially meaningful and useful in negotiating challenges and issues in their own lives.

Don't miss this chance to hear some really practical examples of how others have been able to use Dharma and meditation to help them to make a difference in their own ways of handling the stresses of daily life in the best way possible.

Palmerston North, Wednesday 7 - 8.30pm with Kelsang Phunwang, David Kelly, Roy Meeking and Malcolm Todd.

- July: 6, 13, 20, 27
- August: 3, 10,17
Whanganui, Thursdays 6 - 7.30pm with Dale Pryme, Marion Taylor and Virag
- June: 30
- July: 7, 14, 21, 28
- August: 4

Levin and Feilding branches are on a break till Monday 29 of August when classes start again with the topic: Stress Free Living

Online classes are also on hold until the 24th of August when term 2 starts.
