Yoga at Rock Ferry Wines Winter Workshop Series with instructor Lydia Mossman for our 3-hour workshops followed by complimentary wine tasting and nibbles.
A ying/yang workshop which will be themed around opposing energies - building strength and heat through a fiery vinyasa practice for the first half, and then finishing with a restorative yin practice for the final half. Expect to leave feeling balanced and re-centred throughout your body.

Lydia Mossman first came to yoga looking for a more mindful form of movement and quickly became hooked. Lydia finished her training in Hatha Yoga in 2019 and has been teaching in Blenheim since. Her practice has a big emphasis on breathing, and you can expect s blend of restorative and strengthening movement in Lydia’s classes.
