Wood Workshop Series for Women

Under the expert guidance of our highly qualified and experienced instructor, Sarah Murray (LBP), this workshop runs over 5 weekends and will teach you how to use a range of hand and power tools in a supportive, relaxed setting while building items for our community partner, Urban Ark - Manawa Taiao. Saws, drill presses and sanders are amongst the machines you'll learn to gain confidence in.

We provide all the materials you'll need and our small class size will enable you to gain skills quickly and give you the opportunity to join our WOMENZSHED where you can continue to develop your woodworking skills.
