We teach you the practices beyond the poses - bringing Asana, Pranayama, Mediation and Yoga Nidra together with new insights and techniques that will enhance your practice to bring new vitality and possibilities to your life.
Do you meditate or are interested in mindfulness? Have you ever sat down, closed your eyes and noticed that your mind was either racing, jumping around from one thought to the next or that you struggled to stay awake, alert and maintain your focus? Congratulations! - You are perfectly normal!

From a traditional yogic point of view, one aspect of meditation is to create and maintain a relaxed, continuous focus on a chosen object or mental task. However, Swami Satyananda used to say that the mind is like a little child, you tell them something and it just does the opposite. So, instead of fighting the natural tendencies of mind, we aim to work with it by using a step-by-step approach that guides your awareness from the external towards the internal.

When we reduce the external noise, we become aware of the internal noise - which is not always Vivaldi, pleasant and enjoyable! Before old memories and impressions can rise to our conscious experience, we must prepare the mind. The Yogis developed many practical skills over thousands of years to do just this - prepare the body and mind for the internal experience.

We bring you these same skills and teach you to easily integrate them into your life, how to harness the neuroplasticity of your system and create new healthy habits. Our workshops are designed not only to guide you through these practices, but to explain them and allow you to discover their real potential. The yoga that we offer is suitable for beginners or experienced students and meets a variety of needs, from simple stress management techniques, to deepening your spiritual practice.
