This training is Yoga Alliance International Certified at a 200hr level 1 and therefore meets the required curriculum.
It will be run over 2, 10-day blocks with approximately 3 months in between to consolidate and maintain a daily practice. There will also be monthly zoom training sessions and all public classes will be free for those that live locally.
Julie Stephens has over 20 years of full-time teaching experience globally and is now residing in Nelson.
