Time out during your busy day. You are verbally guided through a sequence of movements in order to improve body awareness and explore new less tense ways of moving.
People often attend classes to reduce pain, and improve posture, balance, and breathing. Calms mind and body.
Each week is a new lesson which is both interesting, relaxing, and beneficial.
Awareness through Movement lessons were developed by Israeli scientist Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais in response to his own injuries.
