After some years we are finally bringing back our ‘F45 Track Event!’
A morning outdoors with some fun, group fitness run by our Nelson & Richmond F45 studios!
Family friendly event!
Current, Past and non members are all welcome!

Music, Movement & Mini challenges
45min workout just like a normal class but in our beautiful outdoors!
Get ready for a great morning in the sun! starting at 9am getting warmed up and into your groups to work through an awesome 45min programmed functional fitness workout!
Taking place at Tahuna Beach Reserve playing fields on the corner (straight across the road from kfc) you will see our flags & signage!
Please arrive 15min early so we can commence on time!
To bring- a sunhat, sunblock, drink bottle & a towel!
Please make sure you register for this event and get your free virtual ticket as spaces are limited.
* Participants must be 16 years old or over.
* An adult must accompany participants who are 16-18 years
