Offering a glimpse into the indulgent lifestyle of this seaside French town, Chef Sean Connolly has prepared a masterpiece of Provençal’ flavours for a sumptuous feast at Esther. Grilled prawns with Pernod butter, seared yellowfin tuna niçoise salad and big bowls of mussels swimming in a rich tomato, garlic and white wine sauce. For an all-out French affair, duck à l’Orange, and vegetable ratatouille come to the party, while our maître d’ pours fine French wines, and magnums of rosé on rotation.
