With modern life comes short and sharp breathing. These breathing forms are for creating habits for everyday life. they increase stamina and focus as well as just help with our inner awareness. Tao Yoga is a perfect accompaniment as the breath moves the body. The goal is about releasing blocks within rather than an exercise in stretching. Being able to expand ourselves is not always a product of pushing ourselves but a natural opening up.
Tao yoga can be done in a chair and is therefore suitable for everyone. Please bring a mat, pillows rugs to create comfort. Some props will be available.
