Marlborough Horticultural Society Summer Show

The Marlborough Horticultural Society is showcasing all summer flowers with a special focus on roses, which are doing so well at this time of year. There are classes for all entrants - open, intermediate and novices and other summer flowers including sweet peas, gerberas, delphiniums, fuchsias, carnations, plus special classes for children.

A new class this year is for children aged 6 years and under, who will be decorating a hat with summer flowers and foliage and wearing their summer hats at a fashion parade at about 2.30pm.

There are also classes for houseplants, vegetables and fruit.

Complementary tea and coffee.

There are numerous sales tables and a special Society Fundraiser of exhibition dahlia tubers, so that you can grow them and show them at our next MHS Show in February 2024!

There will be a raffle proudly sponsored by Mitre 10 Mega Marlborough.

Other displays include ones from the Bonsai Group, the Herb Society and the Floral Art Society

$2 entrance fee at the door, or free to all MHS Members
