Pictures at an Exhibition ft. Concert Pianist Rosa Scaffidi: SOLD OUT

Rosa Scaffidi, considered one of Taranaki’s best concert pianists, is performing Mussorgsky’s solo piano suite, Pictures at an Exhibition and encores, on the Steinway concert grand piano at the TSB Showplace.

Rosa Scaffidi’s performance also collaborates with two other artists. Visual mixed media artist Norine Dixon, and artist Dr. Wayne Wilson-Wong.

Dixon is exhibiting a selection of her 2D & 3D artworks. Wilson-Wong is displaying his latest photographic series, which is part of the performance and presented as a short-movie-loop.

Both artists provide a fascinating, and sometimes challenging, window into their creative art practice, concepts and medium.
