Silent Studio sessions are just that - a time to create and explore in silence. A little time carved out of your busy week to reconnect with yourself in the silence - a time to listen to your inner voice - and to connect with silent knowledge.
The studio will be set up with a few 'stations' where you can engage with mindful creative processes, mark making, and play. You will be free to explore materials and also get into your own creative projects.
As with all of Soul Images' offerings - it's more about the process than the product - and playfulness & curiosity is key. We just won't be talking and there is no single project planned. It's not arts therapy - it is arts for wellness.
Silent Studio at Soul Images Expressive Arts Studio is a repeating event - every Thursday from 12 October to 14 December - a total of ten sessions.
Soul Images Expressive Arts Studio provides a safe and well-stocked space for creative play. Elske will facilitate the session and support you as you create - in silence.
