Learn how to make your own solid shampoo and conditioner bars with us!
Ditch the bottle and make the switch to eco-friendly products. Find out the difference between the shampoo in the bottle and the solid shampoo bar, and why the solid bars are so much more economical to use. You will learn the difference between shampoo and conditioner and how they work. We will briefly look at the science of the hair and scalp, and how to keep your hair healthy and looking good. Also, will learn what damages hair and what we can do about it.
Additionally, we will talk about the different ingredients used in shampoos and conditioners, and the natural alternatives that you can use. Each participant will make their own solid shampoo bars and conditioner bars to take home with them. We will be using natural ingredients and you will have the chance to customise your shampoo and conditioner bars to suit your own hair’s needs and preferences. To do that, we will be using nourishing and conditioning oils, mild and gentle surfactants, essential oils and other natural ingredients to strengthen, hydrate, condition or smooth and give shine to your hair.
