Sound Healing Ceremony with Ash

Join Ash for an evening of channeled music, played with the intention to nurture and heal your entire being.

Music lives within every cell of our body and is one of the best tools to get in touch with our emotions, nature and back to wholeness.

No sound ceremony will ever be the same with Ash, as nothing is rehearsed and all music is communicated via the inner self with help from spirit, especially designed for the people in the room at that time.

Ash combines crystalline frequencies of 432hz Alchemy crystal singing bowls, acoustic guitar, voice and drums for a unique healing experience.

Comforting herbal tea will be provided at the end, with space for you to journal your thoughts and time to work with the oracle cards for extra guidance. You are also welcome to share your experience with Ash and talk things through.

What to expect:
7.15 - 7.30pm: Arrival
7.30 - 7.45pm: Welcome
7.45 - 7.55pm: Short meditation & group OM to ground and bring you into the space
8pm - 8.45pm: Sound Ceremony
8.45 - 9pm: Closing & sharing circle (not compulsory to share anything)
9pm onwards: Warm herbal tea, space for journaling, guidance for those who would like it
