Steven Lyons: A Night of Comedy

In preparation for his first New Zealand Comedy Festival show Steven Lyons (Seen on Seven Sharp & The Project, Warm up act for The Project & 7 Days) is bringing his absurd delightful comedy stylings to Oneroa.

After living and performing in the USA Steven returned home to enjoy unobtainable housing and unreliable ferry timetables but wonderful pepper steak pies. Locals will recognise him as the host of many Waiheke Comedy shows over the past few years. His photo can be seen on the wall at New Zealand’s iconic The Classic Comedy Bar and he’s performed at the Whangarei, Dunedin & Auckland Fringes.

With special guest Josiah Day (Winner 2018 New Zealand Comedy Guild Award for Best Newcomer and Best Joke). Using his unique brand of offbeat observations and sharp wit, Josiah takes audiences on a hilarious joyride into his mind.
Steven & Josiah delighted at the Whangarei Fringe 2022 with their fun and often thought provoking stand up comedy and now they are bringing smiles to your faces, ideas to your brains and feels to your hearts all on the beautiful island of Waiheke. It’s a joyous comedy hour!
