Storehouse

Storehouse present an evening of loose and highly filtered pre-rock rhythms, dark blues, even darker spirituals and lewd calypso for dancers and drinkers, this time at the funky new/old haunt Parnell RSC.

With new sound restrictions forcing the realistic end of the band's run of events at the Grey Lynn Ballroom, the hunt had been on for a functional central-ish venue of suitable quirk. The PRSC ticks numerous boxes (wooden floors and good acoustics, incredible public transport connections, cheap bar, weird jukebox) and is also conveniently located deep within the Death Star of eastern suburbia.

Join us for irony-laden lowbrow boogie, and new directions in unhinged improvisatory primitivism. Featuring:
