Dr Caryn Zinn: A registered dietitian and advocate of the whole food, low carbohydrate, healthy fat (LCHF) nutrition and lifestyle approach. She specialises in carbohydrate-restriction nutrition therapy for conditions characterised by insulin resistance and inflammation, as well as in the context of sports performance nutrition.

Josh Darby: A Senior Firefighter and health researcher, whose research focuses on examining the impact of non-traumatic organisational stressors on first responders and the potential utility of increasing perceived organisational support to reduce psychological distress and injury.

Dr Catherine Crofts: A community-based clinical pharmacist and lecturer who focuses on the early diagnosis of metabolic syndrome and biometabolic assessment of lifestyle interventions for the management of metabolic diseases.

Dr Glen Davies: A GP specialist with dual fellowships in general practice and lifestyle medicine, who uses Low Carb/Healthy Fat, Ketogenic Diets, and fasting to help patients reverse their prediabetes and type 2 diabetes.

Dr Louise Schofield: Co-founder and CEO of Prekure, a health education & training provider in preventative lifestyle medicine and health coaching. She is a behaviour change specialist and passionate about eliminating the over-prescribing of medication and poor nutritional advice, and for the medical community to embrace a preventative, lifestyle medicine approach.
