The good stuff gift shop!

This amazing community-driven initiative is a once a year popup good stuff gift shop is a locally sourced, handmade market with a difference.

We have unique crafted treasures made by local wellington artists, crafters, and our friends from made by maranga all providing an alternative festive season shopping option. It will be a wonderful, fun event open to all! There is a koha cafe with delicious baked treats, coffee and tea so have some kai while you shop. Also a kids craft corner.

Note: it is an accessibility friendly venue!

What can i get?
Art, crafts, henna tatoos, music, house plants, garden seeds & seedlings, badges, pottery, jewellery, tshirts, zines, coffee, baking, upcycled sustainable goods, toys, books and much more!

How much?
It is free entry
It's an opportunity for folk to showcase their creative talents and make a bit of spare cash. The good stuff gift shop is a way to 'shop' with a difference:
Items are available for either $$ to the public or timecredits for timebank members.

It challenges the way we buy our gifts by offering them to timebank members for time credits (the time it took to make them) plus a small material cost (the physical cost of making the gift).

So join up to the timebank if you want some sweet bargains!
Timebankers also offer vouchers for their services (sold for time credits) so you can give the voucher as a gift to someone or use it yourself. These could range from massage to cooking, dance lessons to haircuts.
