Cooking sustainably has its many perks - aside from feeling virtuous about choosing the planet-friendly option when you buy organic or support a local producer at the shops, sustainable cooking hits the wallet in the best possible way when you become a convert of avoiding food waste and eating seasonally. Joe O'Connell is a top local chef and he's passionate about sustainable cooking - so we've put our heads together with his and created a school for those of you who are keen, like us, to adios the $6 avocado and embrace how to make cabbage great again.
All tickets include a welcome drink, an informative sustainable cooking discussion with Joe, interactive bespoke-to-topic cooking demonstrations, treats to take home, and plenty to eat. Come hungry, leave inspired!
