Come and take a ride with the Wellington Tramway Museum during our Twilight Trams Season for the Summer as you take a ride down memory lane enjoy the views of the sun during the golden hour!
Along the way, we will stop at the Marines Memorial, where you can see what it was like for the US Marines when they landed in Paekākāriki during the second world war.
Once we arrive at the beach, you will have 20 minutes of family fun, with backyard games for you all to enjoy, or take a short walk down to the beach.
On the return to our depot, we will stop just after the decent of the hill for you to jump out and take some photos of our 100-year-old Double Saloon type Tram number 151 in that stunning golden hour light!
Our Twilight trams will take an extended journey of 45 minutes for you to enjoy a leisurely trip onboard as well as spend some family time at the beach!
