The day starts at 4pm and the schedule is as follows:
4pm - Welcome and Yoga Journey (Gentle asanas, deep peace and mellow Kirtan)
5.30pm - Yoga Wisdom talk with Acharya das - "Why do we experience emptiness?"
6.30pm - Vegetarian dinner
7.30pm Kirtan evening
9pm - Tea and cookies
