Hey I’m Eli!

My journey started about five years ago after a difficult break-up sent me on the discovery of my true self. I began meditating daily, reading voraciously and watching all the YouTube videos about spirituality you can find.

But it was only a few years later when I met a group of like-minded people that I finally felt seen and supported. I realised I wasn’t alone, that I wasn’t crazy. That there is more to life than meets the eye.

Through a weekly meditation group I found a safe haven to share what was going on in my life and receive gentle guidance from others who had been there themselves.

Heart Awakening is a space for us to meditate together to centre ourselves in our hearts and then share what’s going on in our lives with our voice.

Perhaps you’re experiencing a repeating pattern in your life. Maybe there’s a blind spot you can’t see. Or perhaps you’re experience of reality is changing and others around you don’t get it.

This is a space where we say woooo! to the woo-woo when it's grounded in your direct experience.

We’re on a journey to opening our hearts to receive and give love, and in a world like today’s we need all the support we can get to stay motivated, open and loving.
