It feels like anxiety becomes so constant that it becomes our new normal.
On top of our own anxieties, the resources and tools to regulate our nervous system is overwhelming in itself. There’s so many ways to let go of our stress but yet the overhead anxiety lingers; what if it doesn’t work? Or maybe it does work, but for how long?
The yoga knowledge has been talking about anxiety even before we had an epidemic of overworking and overwhelm. ‘Beyond Anxiety’ is about learning how to realign so that we can function above our anxieties and go beyond treating the symptoms. We need the soothing remedies but even more so, we need to go straight to the root of why we are feeling like this.
Your host, Rasesvari, will open up the conversation so that we can find the perfect blend to both soothe our anxieties while also heal a deeper level.
