Twas the night before Show Time, when all through the house,
Not a creature was stirring, not even a rhinestone-stealing mouse.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that no ladders or holes would appear.

The audience were nestled all snug on their seats,
While visions of g-strings danced to cool beats.
With Constance in her corset, and Soundbitch in the know,
