Join Canterbury Film Society for our screening of: Under the Fig Trees (Erige Sehiri - France/Germany/Switzerland/Tunisia - 2021 - 92 mins - PG Violence & coarse language)
Over the course of a day, a group of Tunisian teenagers discuss their lives and develop relationships, enjoying the freedom provided by the fig harvest to escape the restrictions of village life.

The Canterbury Film Society offers weekly screenings of top-quality films - classic, cult, documentary, world cinema and more on the big screen. We screen on Monday nights at 7.30pm, doors open 7.00pm with a cash bar offering drinks and home-baked food.
