This is a gentle approach to movement from the stability of a chair. There may be some standing poses using the chair for support. This class is great for those who struggle with balance or have difficulty getting up and down from a mat on the floor.
It's also great for those who don't have any problems as I can be modified to suit a healthy stretchy body. Postnatal and Pregnant women welcome.
Yoga classes are in the new addition at Rangiora Hospital, Rm 17.
