Enamelled Earrings Taster on Ōtaki Beach, Kāpiti Coast

This is a 3-hour class focusing on torch-fired enamels on copper and silver. It is a taster class open for beginners. It is a great opportunity to make a Christmas gift for a loved one or just indulge yourself!

Create simple yet beautifully textured earrings in metal, and learn how to apply glass enamels to your piece!

Beginners to metalwork can use pre-formed shapes, so they can focus on creating bright vibrant patterns. Those with some metalwork experience can take on a more advanced textured piece.

Included in the price are 2 shapes and either a cord or a non-precious earring findings. Silver materials (such as findings) can be purchased in the studio on the day.

Kids aged 12 (or so) are welcome to attend the class, but an enrolled parent or caregiver must accompany any person under the age of 16.
