Enamels Day - Wellington

This is a one-day class focusing on beautiful enamels on copper or silver. It is open for beginners.

Create a simple textured pendant or earrings, and apply transparent glass enamels to your piece.

Beginners in metalwork will be shown how to apply textures and small alterations to the pieces using either hammers or roll-printed textures before prepping the metal for the glass enamel.

Those with some metalwork experience can take on a more advanced textured piece.

The workshop fee covers basic materials. Silver is extra and can be purchased at the studio.

Kids aged 12 (or so) are welcome to attend the class, but any person under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an enrolled parent or caregiver.
