A Credit Card Must Be Provided at the Time of Reservation to Secure the Booking.
High Tea Reservations Cancelled Within 24 Hours Prior to Arrival Will Incur a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the Total Booking.
No-shows Will Be Charged a Cancellation Fee of 100% of the Total Booking.
Any Significant Reduction in Confirmed Guest Numbers (25% or Higher) Within 24 Hours Prior to Arrival Will Incur a 50% Cancellation Fee per Person.
