Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made before midnight on the 6th of September 2024 will receive a full refund.

Should you need to cancel between the 7th of September 2024 and 5 pm on the 19th of September 2024, your reservation value will be held in credit for 18 months to be redeemed against food and beverage in Artisan restaurant.

Reservations cancelled after 5 pm on the 19th of September 2024 and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or transfer of reservation value into credit.
