Kids Duathlon

Grab the sneakers and bike, the Latitude Homes Goldfields School Duathlon is back!

Youngsters aged from preschool to 13 years are invited to take part in the biking and running race, and there’s the option for them to grab a mate and compete as part of a team or take up the challenge solo.

Courses start from a 50-metre bike, 50-metre run for the youngest competitors, through to a three-kilometre bike, two-kilometre run for the 11 to 13-year-olds.

Spot prizes will be drawn for every age group and every entry goes into the draw to win a $500 Bike It Now! voucher.

ENTRY FEES
Pre-schoolers $5
5-13 years $20
Team of two $40 ($20 each; team members must be from the same age group/gender)

DISTANCES
Pre-School Boys, Pre-School Girls: 50m bike & 50m run
Age 5-6 Boys, Age 5-6 Girls: 500m bike, 500m run, 50m run
Age 7-8 Boys, Age 7-8 Girls: 1km bike, 1 km run, 50m run
Age 9-10 Boys, Age 9-10 Girls: 1km run, 2km bike, 50m run
Age 11-13 Boys, Age 11-13 Girls: 2km run, 3km bike, 50m run

Onsite registration will be open from 9:00 am to 9:45 am the morning of the event.
