Gong Bath with Nick Hyder

Join Nick from Resonating Circles on a one-hour sound journey featuring large Paiste Planet gongs and his various sound healing instruments. Paiste gongs can gently vibrate the entire body and settle our nervous system while sounding like some beautiful, outer space symphony!. This event will include a 10-minute Yoga Nidra and a friendly chat to integrate your experience at the end.

Nick has produced and performed music since his early teens, drawn to the deeper end of ambient, dance, spiritual jazz, and non-Western music. With degrees in music and psychology, he combined his passions for well-being and the arts when he experienced how powerful large gongs feel to the body and mind, performing with local musicians and now solo.
