Harmony Soul Sound Bath

Join me for a 60 minute reiki-infused sound bath and immerse yourself in soothing sounds and vibrations to relax and realign your mind, body, and spirit. Using quartz crystal bowls, chimes, drums, flutes, and gentle vocal guidance, I'll lead you through a meditation and sound journey crafted to:

- Release stress and tension
- Boost mood, energy, and vitality
- Cultivate clarity of thought
- Foster deep restoration

Please bring:
- Yoga mat (or something to lie on)
- Blanket and pillow for comfort
- Water to stay hydrated
- Comfortable clothes and warm socks

- Eye mask

- Crystals
- Essential oils

Sessions are scheduled on Friday, July 19th at 6:00 PM & 8:00 PM and Sat, July 20th at 10:00 AM. Doors open 30 minutes before each session for early arrival and settling in.

Location: Hinemoa Church Hall. 172 Hinemoa Street, Birkenhead on Auckland's North Shore.
It's a short 14-minute drive over the Harbour Bridge from the CBD. Free street parking is plentiful in the surrounding area.


Exchange: $20 per session. Space is limited to 28 participants, so advance booking is recommended to secure your place.
