Harmony with Hōiho

In our fast-paced lives, taking time to reconnect with ourselves and nature is essential.
Through gentle and mindful interactions with my friendly hōiho (horses), we'll explore how presence and awareness can bring peace and balance to our everyday routines.

No horse experience necessary.

During this session, you'll:

Learn simple mindfulness techniques to calm the mind and soothe the soul.
Engage with horses in a respectful and ethical manner, discovering how these amazing animals reflect and respond to our inner states.
