Hypnotherapy Group with Jan Ellis

Wednesday 27 November is Self Esteem strengthening and Self Love.

This hypnotherapy GROUP is for people who have been or are curious about being hypnotised and has been designed by Jan to help people to be able to do Self Hypnosis as well. Each month we do a different topic and this month is Self Esteem and Self Love.

When we can build our Self Esteem and Strengthen Self Love our lives become more enriched and our relationships shift. We are able to put in boundaries and live in alignment with our values.

This is a fun, friendly and relaxed group. No judgements! Chairs are provided, but feel free to bring yoga mats, pillow and blanket if you would like to.

Each attendee will receive an emailed audio recording and Self Hypnosis Audio guide.
