Music from speculative lands blends with Earth folk music to create a new sound with a free jazz attitude. Local altoist Alex Trask presents an eclectic set of original music, featuring songs from his recent live record Pool of Tears, as well as some new compositions. A new and exciting band explores the folk origins of this music, with fiddle and acoustic guitar featuring heavily. The result is an ethereal, poignant sound that is not to be missed!
