This Aotearoa grown project fosters environments for your personal communication development, enabling healthy expressions of desires & boundaries with your peers, partners & playmates.

Show up with curiosity to practice vulnerable communication & embodiment in a confidential & consent focused manner. Together we will build safety to explore the nuances of our inner experiences.

What to Expect: In this 90 minute workshop container, Traeh will facilitate communication building exercises in 1:1 & small group formats. Through active participation, we will explore vulnerability together, with an emphasis on building safety collectively through consent based initiatives. This workshop is primarily talk-based & focused on communication skills.
Is this workshop for me?: This space is open to first timers & returning attendees alike. Each workshop will explore unique skills & practices, expanding on knowledge from the previous one. They are designed to be experienced as a series & you are welcome to join for any one individually. Due to sensitive & explicit topics, these workshops are for 18+ attendees only.
