Keeping Up Appearances play is based on the popular 90's TV series.. Unlike most TV to stage adaptations, Keeping Up Appearances is not a stage version of episodes we have seen on the box, but a made for stage script, set at the local dramatic society, merging characters familiar from the series. It features most of the regular characters from the series.
Everyone favourite Lady of the house – Hyacinth Bouquet (Bucket) is at it again. While signing her entry into the local art festival, Hyacinth learns that Emmet needs a leading lady for the murder mystery that he is directing for the local theatre group. Hyacinth is shocked to discover her relatives, Daisy, Rose and Onslow are also in the play and Daisy is playing the Duchess.
With a wonderful cast, Feilding Little Theatre is proud to bring this very funny production to the stage directed by Peter Doherty.
