La Famiglia is a special, one-of-a-kind dinner and dance party designed to chase away the community’s winter blues with a dose of beautiful food, wine, music, and company. This event will feature an artisanal three-course Italian feast served family-style across two supersized banquet tables. Respected local chef Kate Rose - the owner of Farmer’s Daughter - will be at the helm of the kitchen, masterminding a decadent winter meal with a crew of local foodies.

They will be creating a memorable dinner for the wider community that makes use of the best locally sourced ingredients, and their creative talents in the kitchen. Think whole baked local fish, crudo, fire-roasted lamb and more beautiful food. A delish Cocktail bar set up by our village mixologist Tim will offer a menu of apertitifs, prosecco on tap, alongside local craft beers, cider and natural wine.

The dress code for this event is La Dolce Vita, so think over-the-top glamorous style that channels your favorite Italian icons - big, beautiful, over-the-top glamour is the name of the game.

This dinner is open to all in the wider community - the Leigh School PTA hopes to bring everyone to the table to eat together as a family. This is Leigh School’s biggest fundraiser of 2024 and it’s your chance help a tiny rural school that receives minimal funding to build infrastructure to benefit the school and all the kids of Leigh. The PTA is fundraising to extend the existing pump track, and build a larger round-the-school bike track that caters to younger kids learning to ride bikes.

Buy your tickets, book your babysitters, and please come and enjoy the evening - safe transport options to drop you home will be available for those who need a lift after the revelry.

A bus to the event can also be purchased, you will be asked during the ticket purchase process.
