Lions Market Day in the Square

Middle Districts Lions Club is the organiser of the annual Lions Market Day (Old English Faire) in the Square, held on the Saturday of Labour Day weekend in October.

The Market Day has been held since 1956. Market Day is held in The Square, which is the heart of the Palmerston North shopping area.

The Plaza corner of The Square is filled with approximately 70+ craft stalls, include: Collectibles, Arts & Crafts, Quality Wares, Clothing, Jewellery & Trinkets, plenty of Food Trucks, kids rides, bouncy castle and more.
