Machinery Specialists Stockcar Teams Invasion

Last week saw SuperStock Teams Racing return, this week it’s time for the Metal Crunching Stockcars to take to the track at the Robertson Prestige International Speedway for the Machinery Specialists Stockcar Teams Invasion! One of the biggest Stockcar Teams Racing nights this season on the calendar with many drivers looking to solidify their places in their home track teams in preparation for the New Zealand Stockcar Teams event at Rotorua in February.

The Stockcar Teams Invasion will see teams from around the North Island descend on Robertson Prestige International Speedway for one night of metal crunching, stockcar teams racing. Racing for pride of their region with grit and determination, it will be all left on the track so expect plenty of action from the drop of the flag!

Making their way to battle it out are the Makita Rotorua Rascals – Current New Zealand Stockcar Teams Champion plus; Auckland Alley Cats, Stratford Stormers, Wanganui Vulcans, WG Geuze Gisborne Gladiators, Central Metals Waikato Raiders and the local hero Stockcar teams Palmerston North Pumas & Palmerston North Development it is a massive line-up of Stockcar Teams ready to battle!
Add in Consolation Stockcar races for the Stockcar drivers who are not competing in the Teams event, Adult Ministocks and the dare devil Sidecars you couldn’t ask for a better night of spectacular speedway entertainment!

Tickets are available to purchase through Ticketek www.ticketek.co.nz (Tickets purchased incur an additional service fee) or on race day from Gate 1 (Waldegrave Street), Gate 2 (Cuba Street - Bridge) and Gate 3 (Cook Street) from 5pm. Racing Starts at the earlier time of 6pm.

Admission prices are $30 for an Adult (16 years and over), $10 for Children aged 8-15, and $70 for a Family pass of 2 adults and up to four children. Kids aged 7 and under are FREE.
