This taster workshop focuses on mindful drawing and painting, using art for mindfulness and awareness. You will engage in activities that encourage them to focus on the process of creating art, rather than solely on the outcome, helping to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being.
All materials and equipment are provided.
Group sizes range from 6 - 8 people.
