Mindfulness; purposeful and focused attention on the present moment, has been found to be beneficial in reducing stress, anxiety and depression, improving relationships, and increasing well-being as well as work, academic and sporting performance. Mindfulness is best learnt by participating, experiencing it first-hand. These mini retreats are designed to be practical, experiential and informative. Come to one retreat or all, for ongoing mindfulness input.
There is a small charge of $20 per retreat, cash or internet banking. Afternoon tea provided.
