Overview
This 75 minute online workshop, Navigating Grief During the Holiday Season, is here to support people grieving their loved ones during the Christmas period.

The holidays, especially Christmas, can often stir deep and challenging emotions for those of us grieving. But you don’t have to face these feelings alone. Together, we’ll create a compassionate space to explore the complexities of grief and learn how to find hope, healing, and connection during this time.

In this workshop, we'll share 12 practical, evidence-based strategies to help you cope with grief throughout the holiday season. These tools are designed to empower you to navigate emotional triggers, honour your loved ones, and still find moments of joy and peace amidst the challenges.
