Along with cake and hot drinks, Death Cafe provides a safe, non-judgemental, agenda-free space to talk openly with one another about death. Death Cafe isn’t a grief or end-of-life support group. Instead it’s a space to discuss what death and dying can teach us about living. Death Café, which began in Switzerland in 2004, is dedicated to raising community awareness about death. Since 2004, over 32 countries have set up Death Cafes without an agenda, objectives, themes or “right” answers. Koha accepted for refreshments.
