Op Shop Bus Tour to Huntly

Join us for an engaging sustainable fashion tour to celebrate Slow Fashion September! If you’re keen to visit some new op-shops, reduce your environmental footprint and save money, this is the event for you.

Brought to you by Waipā District Council, we’ll be travelling from Cambridge to Whatawhata, then on to Ngāruāwahia and Huntly. Along the way, we will share our favourite op-shops, sustainable fashion tips and pearls of second-hand wisdom. You’ll enjoy a leisurely morning browsing the racks, meeting new locals and hopefully leave with a couple of bargains.

Plus you'll receive a copy of the Waipā Op Shop and Zero Waste Waipā field guide so you can continue on your sustainable journey locally.

Your $10 ticket includes a free coffee from a cafe on our journey - make sure to remember your reusable mug!

Please assemble at 8:45am at the Lake Street coach stop beside Subway (bus leaves at 9am sharp). The bus will return to Cambridge at 3:30pm.

Please note that this tour will involve walking around so a comfortable pair of shoes is recommended. If you have any particular access needs, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
