We warmly welcome you to these Open Meditation Evenings, whether you are an experienced meditator or new to meditation and wishing for somewhere to sit in peace or in quiet contemplation.
Open Meditation Evenings begin with a warm welcome to Pure Meditation & Wellness, followed by a couple of minutes of gentle stretching. There is an inspiring talk by Mata Yogananda to begin the Meditation, followed by time in silence. You are welcome to stay for as little or as long as you wish.
The meditation room at Pure Meditation & Wellness is warm and inviting, and there are different seating options for your comfort.
There is no charge to attend. Please contact us to book a place (last-minute bookings are fine):
