As we kick off 2024, let's dive into the challenges and joys of "Parenting Teenagers in a Digital World"!

- How can I stop battling with my teen over their device?
- Is there a way I can have a civil conversation and with them about limits and boundaries?
- How can I know my teen is safe online?
- I'm concerned for their physical health.
- What is influencing them on social media and games?

I will be holding an "in-person" (yep, that's right!) workshop on February 1, 2024 where we'll explore the unique dynamics and strategies for parenting our teens and tweens (ages 12plus) in this digital age.
