ABOUT THIS COURSE
What does it feel like to have peace of mind, to feel content?
It means: I don’t need anything, I don’t want anything, I have what I need, I have what I want.
It is so rare we say that, that we have a take it or leave it attitude.
That we think: I’m happy with regard to my possessions, enjoyments, looks, relationships etc. I am at peace.
If we are not expecting a certain outcome, we can let go, relax.
On this course we look at methods to develop this peace of mind, to help us to feel more content.
We will see the difference between happiness that comes from external conditions and happiness that comes from within and we will learn to find real happiness through training our mind.
